Helpful Information
About the Club
- The club is open daily from dawn until dusk, typically 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. during the summertime,
- Guests may reserve tee times up to 14 days in advance online, or up to 7 days in advance by calling the pro shop at (937) 320-0742. Annual passholders may also book by phone up to 14 days in advance.
- Residents, seniors, and high school students are eligible for discounted rates. Residents must show proof of residency (ID or utility bill) at check-in. Online bookings default to non-resident rates, but staff can update your profile during your first visit so future online reservations reflect the correct rate.
- All players are required to check-in at the pro shop before starting play.
- Single players are welcome, but reservations must be made by calling or visiting the pro shop. Please note that single players will typically be paired with a group of two or three.
- Two-player groups are welcome, but will likely be paired with a single player or another twosome.
- Groups are limited to four players, unless an exception is approved by the golf shop.
- The head golf professional may schedule special events on certain days and times.
- Coolers are not permitted unless provided by the club.
- Rental clubs are available (Ping and Titleist) for $20 for 9 holes or $40 for 18 holes.
- Lockers are available in the men’s restroom. Guests are responsible for providing their own locks.
Golf Courtesy and Etiquette
- All golfers are expected to follow the standards of golf etiquette at all times.
- The expected pace of play is 4 hours and 30 minutes for 18 holes. Staff has authority to ensure proper pace and address slow play.
- Players should repair ball marks on greens, replace divots on fairways and teeing grounds, as well as rake bunkers after play.
- Pets are not permitted on the course.
- Practice play is only allowed on designated practice greens and range – not on the course itself.
- Any destructive behavior toward the course or equipment will result in removal from the property.
- Players must respect private property surrounding the course and never drive carts or play shots from offcourse areas.
- The use of offensive or inappropriate language will not be tolerated. Disruptive guest will be asked to leave.
Attire
- Proper dress is required; no cut offs or tank tops are permitted.
- Metal spikes, nongolf cleats, or luggedsole shoes are not allowed on the course, practice green, practice tee, or driving range.
Golf Carts
- Golf carts are optional but recommended, as the course is designed with cart use in mind.
- Golf cart operators must have a valid driver’s license.
- Each cart is limited to two riders.
- Golf carts feature GPS course maps, yardage tracking, a digital scorecard, and a USB port for charging and playing music through built-in speakers. They also include geo-fencing for safety and will shut down if taken out of range.
- Under normal conditions, the 90degree rule is in effect: carts must stay on the path until reaching a spot level with the ball, then may cross directly to the ball before returning to the path.
- The driver is responsible for returning the cart in the same condition and is liable for any damage.
- Carts may not drive on tees, greens, bunkers, or restricted staked areas.
- Clubprovided carts are for course use only and may not be taken into residential areas.
- Non-golfers are welcome, but are required to pay the cart fee.
- Personal golf carts are not permitted on the course.
Driving Range and Putting Green
- The driving range is open during regular golf club hours and is located across the parking lot from the clubhouse. It is closed on Monday afternoons and Tuesday mornings.
- Rates range from $6 to $18, depending on bucket size which ranges from 30 to 120 balls.
- A selfservice ball machine is available under the awning on the right side of the range.
- A putting green is located behind the golf club. The putting green is open for use at all times, except when reserved for a private event.
Cancellations and Weather Policies
- Guests are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel a tee time, either online or by calling the pro shop at (937) 320-0742.
- If rain or severe weather ends play early, the club will issue a rain check: 100% if no play has begun, 50% if the round has started, and no refund if more than nine holes have been played.
- In the event play is suspended due to rain or severe weather, rain checks will be issued as follows: 100% if no play has begun, 50% if the round has started, and none if more than nine holes have been played.
- It is the player’s responsibility to request a rain check after play has been stopped. Rain checks are available only on the day of the weather-related closure.
Lost and Damaged Property
- The club is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property used or stored on the premises.
- Any damage to private property, whether intentional or accidental, will be the responsibility of the individual who caused it.
- Club property may not be removed from the premises without prior authorization from the general manager.
About the Course
- USGA rules govern all play.
- The course may enforce cartpathonly rules during certain conditions.
Services and Amenities
- Food and beverage service may be available on the course. For service, call the pro shop at (937) 3200742.
- Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase from the grill room and from drink carts on the course. Alcoholic beverages must be purchased from the club.
- A pro shop is available for any lastminute gear or apparel needs.
- The club accepts cash, credit, and debit cards
Lessons
- Lessons are taught by PGA certified professional and Head Golf Professional, Joe Moore.
- Prices range from $70 to $675 depending on length and number of sessions.
- Lessons can be customized to focus on specific areas of the game, such as the short game, driving, or putting.

- Each summer, the club hosts two annual golf camps for children ages 6 to 15. Learn more and register here.
Custom Fittings
- Custom club fittings are available on-site. Any brand of clubs may be ordered for purchase, with Ping serving as the fitting system to determine specifications.
- Custom fittings typically take one hour to complete.
